Mediterranean pasta with king crab

A classic in new splendour: who doesn’t love Mediterranean garlic spaghetti refined with the best olive oil and enhanced in a very special way by the tender meat of the king crab?

2 king crab legs (recommendation: our whole, cooked legs)

500 g spaghetti

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

sea salt

fresh basil

herbs of Provence


Cook the spaghetti until al dente.

Cut the king crab legs lengthways with kitchen scissors and remove the tender meat. Make sure that the claws in the meat remain attached to the shell. Now cut the crab meat into bite-sized pieces and fry briefly with a little garlic and olive oil and add the spaghetti to the pan.

Crush the garlic and add to the pan and flavour with olive oil and herbes de Provence.

Add a few basil leaves to flavour and serve.
